How long are classes? Our boot camp series classes run 30-40 min. Our walk-in classes run a little longer and you can expect 45-60min.
What should I bring to class? CLEAN INDOOR SHOES! Our gym surface is a padded foam surface and some prefer to workout in socks or barefoot, so we try to keep the floors clear of rocks, salt, and other objects brought in from dirty shoes. Also you may want to bring a towel and/or water bottle, but we do have towels and water if you forget. That is it, we provide all the equipment.
What is the parking situation? We have a parking lot which is available to use as well as on street parking. Overall, parking is not an issue :)
Do you have changing room and showers? We have a few large bathrooms which can be used to for changing but unfortunately we do not have showers.
Can I go to different boot camp class times? Yes, if your schedule changes and you would like to mix up which class times you attend for our boot camp series, that is not a problem for us.
How do I receive updates, emails, ect? Go to our home page and scroll to the bottom. You will find a sign up box for our newsletter.
Do you offer one on one personal training? Yes. Our trainers are currently very busy though, so it can depend on how your schedule matches up with our trainers as well as gym space availability during those times. Personal Training prices are as follows: Single Session - $50 10 Pack - $400 20 Pack - $750
